Enrollment Process
Thank you so much for your interest in our school. We hope this will be the beginning of a long relationship between us, yourself as guardian and your child(ren).

We recognise that raising a child is essentially a parental responsibility and us as the school are here to assist you in this endeavour.
Below is a complete list of ALL accompanying documents required for your Application Form to be accepted.
Documents Required With Each Application:
- A copy of your child’s birth certificate
- A copy of your child’s latest school report
- A copy of your child’s immunisation form and growth card
- Transfer card or letter from previous Pre-school or school (Once the learner is accepted)
- A copy of both parent’s ID documents/ updated passports and work permits
- Proof of address – municipal /utilities account with your name Telephone / bank accounts and formal rental agreements are accepted as well.
- Applicants staying with relatives need to supply an affidavit to this effect and a certified ID copy of the relative (not older than 3 months)
Please note : Incomplete application forms will not be processed.
Enrolments close on the 31st of ……..
After downloading the form, please print, fill it in and bring along to the school.
